News
This is the segment of RightOfPublicity.com where you can find the latest news about litigation involving the Right of Publicity. There is rarely a lack of activity in this department, although it can be a challenge to keep up on the latest filings. For this reason, your contributions are invited and encouraged. If you read a blurb about someone filing suit for the unauthorized use of his or her name or image, for example, please send it to us to ensure this segment is as up to date as possible. Effort is also being made to capture past news concerning Right of Publicity litigation, although going backwards with respect to news postings can be even harder than just keeping up.
